Celebrating 60 Years of Volkswagen in Canada, that is what we are doing right now! Three days of VW fun planned again this year with the main event, the 'Great Canadian VW Show', to be held at Langley Events Centre, on Sunday, Aug 26th, 2012.
But before that happens we will fly to our friend Ken King - who's Barndoor is featured in issue #09 of the current AirMighty Megascene - and from there we will drive 990KM to Vancouver for a nice range of aircooled VW shows!
On Friday we start with some drag race action at the 13th Annual DVKK "Strip Show" on Mission Race Way. on Saturday there will be a 'Pancake Breakfast' followed up by the '13th Annual DVKK - Dub Allstars Casual Show Shine n Dinner'. On Sunday it's time for the main event, the Great Canadian Volkswagen Show which will welcome approximately 5000 car enthusiasts to the Langley Events Centre. aircooled and watercooled VWs will be on display and ready for judging throughout the park.

On Tuesday August 7th the 67th edition of our monthly Aircooled Cruise Night took place. This edition again with our yearly 'Concours d'Elegance', congrats to the following winners: Best Type 1: Mark Welling, Best Type 2: Sonny Madsoleh, Best Type 3: Remco Lange, Best Overige VW: Dennis Hamminga (red Karmann Ghia) and Best of Show: MarCo de Waal! I uploaded 124 pictures, be sure to check them out in the gallery ...enjoy!

Yes finally we have AirMighty Megascene t-shirts in stock! We will bring and sell them to VW Bug Show in Spa! We have several sizes from S up to XXL for the men and the sizes S up to L for the woman. This is the first batch in limited numbers, so be fast to get it at our stand! After the weekend they will be added in our webshop.

On Saturday August 4th we drove to the Domain Puyenbroeck Wachtebeke (Belgium) for the 3rd edition of the Splitbus Nation. They had perfect weather and already some nice splitbusses at the show!
