The AirMighty Swap-Meet 2024, held on October 20th at Hangar 11 in Enschede, was a vibrant parts-market and gathering of air-cooled Volkswagen (and Porsche) enthusiasts.

This event marked the first edition of the AirMighty Swap-Meet, and it was a resounding success. The venue, a spacious 6,500 square meter hangar, was filled with over 120 traders setting up more than 920 meters of NOS, good used or new parts, accessories, and memorabilia.

The swap-meet was reminiscent of the classic car part markets of yesteryears, with simple tables covered with car parts, NOS (New Old Stock), used, and new parts. The event was designed to be affordable for both traders and visitors, with low entrance fees and a welcoming atmosphere. The indoor setting provided a comfortable environment for attendees to browse and purchase the items they needed for their beloved air-cooled VW (or Porsche) projects.

Another one of the highlights of the event was the special parking area dedicated to air-cooled VWs, where visitors could admire a variety of beautifully restored and maintained vehicles. The parts-market also featured a food and drinks corner, adding to the festive atmosphere. 

The AirMighty Swap-Meet 2024 was not just about buying and selling parts; it was also a social event where enthusiasts could connect, share stories, and exchange tips and advice. With people from different backgrounds and regions coming together to celebrate their shared passion for air-cooled VWs and Porsches.

The success of the first edition has already generated excitement for the next AirMighty Swap-Meet, scheduled for 2026. But first we invite you to the AirMighty Show 2025, where we will also host a parts-market/swap-meet.
We are looking forward to welcoming even more traders and visitors in the future, continuing the tradition of bringing together air-cooled car enthusiasts in a fun and engaging way.

Overall, the AirMighty Swap-Meet 2024 was a success and turned out to be the biggest indoor air-cooled classic VW parts-market. So we will definitely try to do this all over again! Keep an eye out on our website and socials for future news and updates!
